SHIPPING + CUSTOMS
Orders placed before 3:30 PST USUALLY will be processed and shipped the same day. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
All prices are in US dollars.
Our official policy is we do ship everything same-day if received by 3:30pm PST however it’s not a contractual guarantee. Once an order has been placed we will not be able to edit the order including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.
Customs and Duties
Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, known as commodity, value, weight and dimensions. Customs duty is established by your customs authority. Duty, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are required to pay duties or taxes by your customs authority you must pay this to the shipping carrier prior to receiving the package. Once the taxes are paid you will be allowed to pick up the package or the shipping courier will drop it off at your doorstep. Please contact the carrier to inquire about their policy.
We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps. Order signature services from the purchaser upon receipt can be requested prior to purchase. Email email@example.com to accommodate this request.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Luxx Health does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.
Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) or the designated carrier in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Note: For all international physical product orders which are not shipping with a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package if you are not taking the trackable shipping. We will not refund any orders which go over the delay prescript by the postal service.
We strongly encourage you to avoid using USPS for international shipments. We find USPS shipments are often returned to sender for no apparent reason. We will not be responsible for shipments that are returned to sender, if you wish to have the shipment sent out again there will be an additional shipping fee.
Refunds are not possible for an order not received for international orders, if the shipping option was not trackable. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/PayPal account. If an order is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company and is returned back to our warehouse we will automatically issue a store credit for the order total – shipping charges.
All shipping rates are LIVE provided by the carriers, these rates are coming directly from the shipping carriers and we have no control over the shipping rates. Each carrier will have a different rate. USPS is the cheapest carrier but it is also the most unreliable with long shipping times and poor customer service, Fedex is the best carrier when it comes to fast shipping and good service.

It is imperative that you measure yourself properly before you purchase the product. Our size chart is a guideline and does not guarantee a perfect fit. Always contact us prior to ordering so we can help give you an accurate size: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe you have received a defective product please contact us at email@example.com All orders purchased on www.amazon.com are entitled to a 30 day return policy IF tags are attached and the product is in unused/unworn condition. Any use of 10 minutes is considered worn. Products MUST be tried on over clothing.

We accept returns for store credit for all waist trainers on our website.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. All non-waist trainer products are final sale. Product must be returned within 45 days of purchase. See product condition requirements for returns. There is no warranty on any of our products. How long our waist trainers will last differs from person to person and greatly depend on usage and care.
Our waist trainers typically last 2.5 months with daily use.
Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage-related to the exchange of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
Please refer to the sizing chart when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size. The size chart is a guideline and does not guarantee a perfect fit. If you have not received a response within 48 hours please email us again as your email may have been missed.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES WITHIN THE USA
Returns of waist trainers are subject to quality approval and inspection at our warehouse personnel. If products condition does not meet the requirements below, the exchange will not be permitted. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:
- All tags attached
- No smells other than natural product odours
- No animal or pet hair
- No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
- Original packaging
- Within 45 days of the original purchase date
What you need to do if you need to return your Traditional Waist Trainer
- Contact us with your order ID in hand. We can be reached at email@example.com
- We will send you the return shipping address.
- Mail the item to us and our team will inspect the product(s) to ensure perfect condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
- If the item adheres to our exchange guidelines we will issue you store credit.
We will only accept returns for the waist trainers. Please e-mail us before you ship your return so we can be notified of your incoming item.
