So you bought an item on Amazon.com and it didn’t fit or it wasn’t like you expected or maybe you just don’t want it anymore! Here is how to initiate a refund and return…
Not fit? No problemo! Amazon is a great platform to do all your shopping because they have an amazing return policy. You can make any return within 30 days and get a full refund!
Step 1: Log into your Amazon account and click on “Your Account” then scroll to “Your Orders”.
Step 2: Find the product that you want to refund and select “Return or replace items”
Step 3: Amazon will ask you why you are making the return and then let you download a pre-paid shipping label which you will be able to bring the item in it’s original packaging to the mail office and give them the shipping label so the return is free of charge. You may also opt to choose your own shipping carrier and Amazon will reimburse you for shipping with the maximum being around $6. Once you make the return you will receive the refund!
Step 4: If you must re-order a product because of a sizing difficulty simply go back to the product page and order it as you did the first time, but of course, order the correct size 🙂
